Overview

For more than 45 years, I have consistently brought insight, perspective and passion to every legal matter.

Over a career spanning more than five decades, I have been privileged to be associated with a team of dedicated professionals committed to understanding my clients’ goals and objectives and working to develop creative strategies that enabled us to achieve them in a cost-effective manner. After all these years, I am proud that so many of my clients continue to look to McMillan Metro Faerber for advice and solutions to resolve their legal needs.

My team of professionals focus on providing legal advice to business owners regarding all aspects of their operations, as well as individuals starting new businesses. They counsel clients on how to choose the right entity; draft shareholder, succession planning, buy-sell, operating, employment, partnership and joint venture agreements; commercial leases; the purchases and sales of businesses, including asset and stock purchases; as well as financing arrangements, including debt and venture capital transactions. They assist clients in settling commercial disputes through the use of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and binding arbitration.

My practice groups also work with couples to provide security for their families by drafting estate planning documents of all types. They are very experienced in handling the administration of estates and trusts and the probate of wills in Maryland and D.C.

You may reach our Corporate & Business team or our Estate Planning team for further assistance.
