I am proud to provide effective representation to clients in the challenging administrative and judicial review process.
I bring to McMillan Metro a strong background in helping individuals and small businesses navigate the governmental, administrative and legal waters of western and central Maryland. For the last several years my primary practice areas have been traditional land use, commercial disputes, commercial negotiations, zoning and administrative review. My focus has always been an advancing my clients’ current goals with an eye toward mitigating long-term risks.
My prior experience as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William R. Nicklas, Jr. also provided me insight into how substantive and procedural questions are perceived by reviewing courts. Careful research and reasoned analysis is key when conveying your message to a decision-maker who may be unfamiliar with your concerns.
My clients know that they can expect my full attention toward advancing their goals and an approach that includes regular communication and discussion of expectations, and an ability to build and foster relationships with impact players.
