I work to anticipate and develop strategies that will effectively represent your goals in the negotiation of purchase agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, loan documents, as well as in your due diligence or entitlement processes, and through the date of settlement. Words matter — And I do not take that principle lightly.
I take the same approach in my landlord and tenant representation for commercial lease negotiations, often focused on restaurant and fast food, retail, professional office, and industrial, commercial or flex space. I don’t lose sight of the long-term risks while promoting your short-term goals.
Further, I am well-versed in the complicated and varying entitlement processes of jurisdictions in metropolitan Maryland, including zoning, subdivision, and permit approvals.

Prior to joining McMillan Metro Faerber in 2017, I spent several years as an associate attorney with a small firm in Frederick, Maryland, focusing on commercial and real estate transactions, approvals, and litigation.
