Overview

I enjoy working with clients to ensure their family’s futures are secure, whether they are getting their first estate plan in place, assisting with estate or trust administration or helping to protect assets in case of divorce.

I have developed long term relationships with clients, which allows me to alert them to changes in the law that may impact their plans.

I am admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and I focus on the area of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, guardianships and family law. A native of the Pittsburgh area, I graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania and received my J.D. from the Washington College of Law (American University).

In addition, I am trained as a mediator and collaborative law practitioner. I have been appointed by courts to represent disabled persons in guardianship matters and children in contested custody matter. I have litigated cases in many different areas of the law, including divorce, guardianships, domestic violence and civil disputes. I am also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland.
