I can truly say that I love my work. Building McMillan Metro Faerber has been very rewarding.
Our Firm is dedicated to making a difference by listening to our clients, providing a strategic analysis and committing to a plan of action for every client matter. It has never been our goal to be the largest firm in the DC metropolitan area; rather, to be known for performing outstanding work.
Over the past 40 years, I have had the opportunity to act as general counsel to a wealth of companies. I’ve been able to help clients tackle challenges and grow their businesses, building many long-lasting relationships along the way.
My core strengths are business, including employment law, mergers, sales and acquisitions, transactions, entity advice, strategic planning and protection of intellectual property assets. By understanding our clients’ interests, we implement solutions that provide results that are consistent with our clients’ goals.
As past President of our local Montgomery County Bar Association, and as a former law clerk to Judge David L. Calhoun at the Montgomery County, Maryland courthouse, I have been afforded insight into our courts and the processes and procedures. My only goal is to pursue excellence and obtain the best possible results for our clients.
