McMillan Metro P.C. is pleased to announce that attorney Natasha Nazareth has become a Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation (MBF). This distinguished honor is presented to attorneys who demonstrate dedication to the welfare of their communities, the administration of justice, and who uphold the integrity of the legal profession.
Fellowship in the MBF is by invitation only and is limited to no more than two and one-half percent of membership of the Maryland State Bar Association. With her induction, Natasha Nazareth joins McMillan Metro, P.C.’s Founding Partner, A. Howard Metro.
Natasha’s areas of expertise include Corporate & Business Law, Employment Law & Litigation, Education Law, and Nonprofit Law. She assists companies with business deals, labor and employment issues including contracts, risk management, regulatory compliance, non-profit and tax-exempt law, governance, bylaws and board policies. She is also passionate about the business of education and believes in investing in high-quality schools that prepare diverse students for their 21st century global future.
Prior to joining McMillan Metro, P.C., Natasha was General Counsel to a University of North Carolina system campus and the Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland, where she also led human resources and the learning support program. She continues to provide general counsel services to a variety of companies and independent schools, and also serves individual families, students and faculty/staff to assert their rights in schools and universities.
