We are happy to say, “Welcome home, Ginny!”
It is our pleasure to announce that Ginny Cascio Bonifacino has returned to McMillan Metro in an Of Counsel capacity. Ginny will resume her prior work in the Firm’s Corporate and Business Department, and she will also handle Intellectual Property, Employment law, and Creator’s and Artist’s Rights matters.
Ginny was part of our team from 2011 to 2015 when she moved to California. From there, she worked with the Firm in an Of Counsel role. She was also admitted to practice in California, and she then worked for another small firm handling corporate, employment, and intellectual property matters.
Recently, Ginny and her family returned to the east coast, and she has re-established her position with us. Ginny says, “I am excited to be back with McMillan Metro! Besides being part of a professional and intellectually stimulating team, I look forward to working again with the Firm’s wonderful clients. I’m eager to meet new clients, and I appreciate the opportunity to reconnect with those clients that I previously assisted.”
Ginny advises individuals and various types of business organizations on an array of commercial, business, employment, and intellectual property matters, including entity formation, commercial agreements, business sales, licensing arrangements, protection of intellectual property assets, and other general corporate matters. As an alumnus of DePaul University College of Law, Ginny earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property: Arts and Museum law, and she had an opportunity to advise clients on intellectual property matters through the University’s pro bono clinic program. Ginny also interned for Judge Glenn T. Harrell of the Maryland Court of Appeals.
If you worked with Ginny when she was previously at McMillan Metro, please welcome her back by e-mail or call her at (240) 778-2315 to catch up.
