ATTORNEY – Estate Planning & Estate Administration

Well established AV rated Potomac law firm seeks estate planning and estate administration attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Maryland. Admission in D.C. and Virginia preferred. Successful candidate must have portable business, the ability to handle complex estate planning and administration of estates to include but not be limited to working with the LGBTQ community. Knowledge of elder law issues helpful. Must be committed to personal growth, business development and actively involved in the Montgomery County community to promote practice. Legal Clerk

Our law firm is looking for an entry level Legal Clerk who can provide support to all firm personnel with clerical tasks that include but are not limited to filing, copying, scanning, organization of paper files and electronic case matters, provide backup support to the Receptionist, periodically deliver materials to outside vendors, Courts, etc., and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. Candidate must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, have great organizational skills and attention to detail and be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Legal Assistant

Our law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to assist our attorneys. re you looking for a rewarding career? Do you want to be challenged? Be part of a successful team? Candidate must also be proficient with Microsoft Office, type at least 65 wpm and have at least 2 years of prior legal experience. Transcription experience is a plus. Paralegal – Commercial Real Estate Department

Our law firm is in need of an experienced commercial real estate paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with commercial real estate and real estate transactions. Duties include title and survey review and analysis, preparation or review of title commitments and policies, initial drafting of documents, including documents for transactions, homeowner’s association and condominiums, water and sewer charges and easements, closing preparation and post-closing wrap up, escrow account, etc. Firm will consider training a candidate with extensive hands-on settlement processing experience.
