ATTORNEY – Estate Planning & Estate Administration
Well established AV rated Potomac law firm seeks estate planning and estate administration attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Maryland. Admission in D.C. and Virginia preferred. Successful candidate must have portable business, the ability to handle complex estate planning and administration of estates to include but not be limited to working with the LGBTQ community. Knowledge of elder law issues helpful. Must be committed to personal growth, business development and actively involved in the Montgomery County community to promote practice. Commercial Real Estate And Title Attorney
Our law firm has an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in real estate and business transactional work. The candidate must have hands-on experience reviewing complex titles, analyzing and solving title issues of all sorts, managing settlements and a settlement practice, and drafting the documents necessary to conduct a commercial real estate practice. The ideal candidate must seek to contribute and make a difference. The Maryland Bar is required and the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia Bars are a plus. The candidate must be committed to business development and actively involved in the community to promote own and Firm practice areas. Portable business is required. We would consider a relationship with an existing title and settlement group with the necessary sophistication. Excellent client communication skills, ability to work as a team player, attention to detail and sound judgment are all qualities important to our Firm.
Lateral Attorney or Of Counsel
