Legal Clerk

Our law firm is looking for an entry level Legal Clerk who can provide support to all firm personnel with clerical tasks that include but are not limited to filing, copying, scanning, organization of paper files and electronic case matters, provide backup support to the Receptionist, periodically deliver materials to outside vendors, Courts, etc., and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. Candidate must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, have great organizational skills and attention to detail and be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Paralegal – Commercial Real Estate Department

Our law firm is in need of an experienced commercial real estate paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with commercial real estate and real estate transactions. Duties include title and survey review and analysis, preparation or review of title commitments and policies, initial drafting of documents, including documents for transactions, homeowner’s association and condominiums, water and sewer charges and easements, closing preparation and post-closing wrap up, escrow account, etc. Firm will consider training a candidate with extensive hands-on settlement processing experience.
