ATTORNEY – Associate

McMillan Metro, P.C., an AV-rated law firm has an exciting opportunity for an attorney with experience concentrating in business and employment law. Candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills, and be able to demonstrate the same. Nature of the work includes transactions; drafting shareholders’ and operating agreements; and licensing agreements. The Maryland Bar is required. Significant knowledge of employment law is a plus. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development. Excellent client communication skills, ability to work both independently and as a team player, attention to detail, and sound judgment area all qualities important to our Firm. ATTORNEY – Commercial Real Estate and Title

Well established AV rated Potomac law firm has an exciting opportunity for an attorney with experience in real estate transactions to include title, HOA and condominium work, along with commercial leasing. Business transaction experience is a must, which would include entity formations, shareholder agreements and other commercial documents. Candidate must seek to contribute and make a difference. The Maryland Bar is required and the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia are preferred. Candidate must be committed to business development and actively involved in the community to promote own and firm practice areas. Portable business is required. Excellent client communication skills, ability to work as a team player, attention to detail and sound judgment are all qualities important to our Firm.

ATTORNEY – Estate Planning & Estate Administration

Well established AV rated Potomac law firm seeks estate planning and estate administration attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Maryland. Admission in D.C. and Virginia preferred. Successful candidate must have portable business, the ability to handle complex estate planning and administration of estates to include but not be limited to working with the LGBTQ community. Knowledge of elder law issues helpful. Must be committed to personal growth, business development and actively involved in the Montgomery County community to promote practice.
