Reviewing and negotiating acquisition, development and construction financing packages; drafting and negotiating joint venture and other cooperative party agreements for real estate projects; consulting in the structure of multiparty, multiproperty transactions.

Preparing documentation related to deferred water and sewer facilities and charges, including declarations and disclosures for home purchasers, and including creating private utility companies and assisting clients with enforcement and collection against delinquent homeowners.

Conducting settlements for commercial real estate transactions.

Reviewing title and consulting with our clients on title problems and issuing title commitments and policies.

Preparing easements, rights of way, covenants and other types of development related documents.

Drafting master sales contracts for use by builders for eventual sales to consumers; assisting our builder and developer clients in resolving consumer concerns and problems.
