Educational Law

The firm has a unique and growing education law practice. We serve as general counsel to a number of independent schools and education related nonprofit entities. We help the institutional leaders manage their complex employment structures and policies; develop and enforce their enrollment, employment and vendor contracts; and, provide advice and counsel on proper governance and internal management to avoid problems and liability, which helps them remain focused on their educational mission.

Our lawyers also represent public school teachers, administrators and Board Members with their employment matters and help parents and guardians obtain the best education possible for their children with special needs, learning disabilities or discipline issues by helping them understand their legal rights and navigate the system.
