Attorney Profile

Lynn Perry Parker serves as general counsel to a variety of businesses, including Independent schools. She regularly drafts legal agreements and pleadings, and provides advice, counsel and training in good business practices, particularly regarding compliance with employment laws. Ms. Parker has significant bench and jury trial experience, in both state and federal courts, and in dealing with complex business-related disputes. She provides counsel and litigates matters related to discrimination and harassment in the workplace, wage and hour law violations, breach of contracts and non-compete agreements, and employment misclassification matters. In addition, Ms. Parker mediates employment and fair housing cases for a local civil rights agency. She has considerable experience in real estate and landlord/tenant litigation matters, and also serves in a variety of public education advocacy roles.
