Mr. Wagner also has a background in general business transactions, entity formation and drafting LLC operating agreements and partnership agreements and is a licensed Real Estate Broker (inactive) in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Wagner's representation includes private water and sewer charge collections and the negotiation and settlement of the purchase and sale of private front foot benefits; commercial lease drafting, commercial lease negotiations and review on behalf of both landlords and tenants for leases and buildings of all sizes; drafting, negotiation and review of land acquisition contracts and development agreements; GCAAR and MAR contract disputes and interpretation; real estate contract deposit disputes; residential and commercial real estate settlements; judgment enforcement; providing advice and assisting clients to understand and navigate IRC 1031 transactions successfully; commercial loan document drafting; drafting, negotiation and review of property management agreements and health and fitness club management agreements and leases.
