Lona L. Feldman
Lona L. Feldman is a seasoned attorney, with more than thirty years of legal experience. She provides counsel and advice to clients in all aspects of their planning needs, including estate planning for young individuals and families, planning for the financial needs of older family members, planning for the transfer of assets from the older to the younger generation, and assisting families after the death of a family member. This may involve sophisticated tax planning for individuals and companies, as well as more personalized planning to meet each client’s specific requirements.
Ms. Feldman is a former Assistant General Counsel with the Department of Energy, and through her work there, has become adept in negotiating the administrative quagmire for clients. She assists companies and individuals in resolving tax issues before the Internal Revenue Service and state agencies, and works with clients in resolving insurance and disability matters.
