Ronald E. Lyons

Ronald E. Lyons is a member of our Business Law and Estate Planning Groups. His practice focuses on business and commercial related transactions, as well as wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Lyons counsels clients on choice of entity, entity formation, contracts, buy-sell agreements, employment agreements, leasing, as well as the purchase and sale of business entities. His estate planning work includes preparation of testamentary wills that incorporate, where applicable, tax-saving trusts, minor’s trusts, as well as revocable and irrevocable trusts, advance directives for health care, powers of attorney and the administration of decedents’ estates.
