Attorney Profile

Michael A. Faerber is a member of our firm's Real Estate and commercial Leasing practice groups. Mr. Faerber represents developers and homebuilders in negotiating and drafting land acquisition contracts and development related documents, loan documents, homeowners, master, mixed-use and condominium association documents, private water and sewer utility documents and home purchase contracts. Mr. Faerber also represents developers, builders and owners of property with documentation to create commercial condominium regimes or convert existing commercial buildings into commercial condominium regimes. Mr. Faerber's practice also involves assisting in the sale and purchase of commercial real estate and buildings from contract through settlement, and representing lenders in commercial loan document drafting. A substantial portion of Mr. Faerber's practice involves commercial lease negotiations on behalf of both landlord and tenants for small to large leases ranging from office leases, medical leases, retail leases and restaurant leases to warehouse leases and industrial leases.
