Why McMillan Metro?

Every client engagement is an opportunity and a challenge. To earn our clients’ trust, the lawyers and staff of McMillan Metro, P.C., consider it our duty to think creatively and to affirmatively embrace our clients’ ideas. A client is not a “customer,” and a client assignment is not a “job;” rather, it is our responsibility to analyze every issue with clarity and vision.

Each engagement begins as a shared journey with intense and focused problem solving. Throughout, the lawyers of McMillan Metro provide a progressive risk analysis. Addressing risks is not a solo dance; our clients must be continuously involved in the process. While we are aggressive in achieving each client’s goals, we present practical, efficient solutions whenever possible.

Our attorneys understand entrepreneurship, business planning and dispute resolution. Our lawyers also know how important a client’s needs are, and we know when they require our immediate attention.

The attorneys of McMillan Metro can be reached by phone, email, and the contact form on this website. All inquiries will receive rapid responses. We are ready to assist you with business law, small business planning, real estate, employment law, estate planning, civil litigation or business disputes.

Our Duty To You

The Attorney Client Privilege is the enduring doctrine that accords confidentiality to attorney-client communications. This doctrine exists for a reason: so that attorneys can get the straight facts from their clients in order to give the best possible representation and guidance in a confidential manner. It extends to written communications and begins when communication is made relating to representation, whether the attorney is retained or not.

A client who is not assured of confidentiality, may be reluctant to make full disclosure, which could result in legal advice that will be predicated on insufficient information. At McMillan Metro, P.C. attorney-client confidentiality is at the core of every association with the firm. The trust and confidence of our clients require that we affirm our commitment to this rule and to our client's consent as to the nature of any disclosure.
